Walk 1/22 Cross Kirkland Corridor
3-6 miles, minimal elevation gain.
Trip description
Check out this nice path in Kirkland that follows an old railroad line on a north-south route across the city. Aside from a couple of short sections in busy urban settings, most of the trail corridor is in relatively quiet greenbelt areas. The trail is a segment in the Eastrail project, which plans to one day complete an uninterrupted 42-mile trail route from Snohomish County to Renton. Our walk will go one-way southward, with optional starting points that will give you a choice of how much mileage you wish to walk.
